Founded during the Covid pandemic, NOOB Agency was created to discover, represent and support a new generation of creative talent.

Our roster brings together emerging talents and highly skilled assistants working across styling, photography, makeup, hair, nails, tailoring, dressing, video and cinematography.

As the first French agency specifically dedicated to representing stylist assistants, NOOB has helped bring greater visibility and recognition to a profession that requires experience, precision, creativity and a deep understanding of production.

Beyond assistance, we represent and develop young creatives across each of these disciplines, supporting their individual vision, professional growth and connection with the fashion and creative industries.

We work closely with both talents and clients to build the most relevant collaborations, carefully matching each profile with the specific creative and production needs of every project.

Based between Paris and the South of France, and operating throughout France and Europe, NOOB Agency collaborates with leading fashion houses, brands, magazines and production companies across advertising campaigns, editorials, runway shows, films and e-commerce.

NOOB Agency was founded by French stylist Emmanuelle Ramos, drawing on her own experience as a stylist assistant and over ten years working within the fashion industry. Having experienced the realities of the profession first-hand, she created the agency to offer assistants greater recognition, while giving emerging creatives the representation, guidance and opportunities needed to build lasting careers.
